The competitions range from those held by Wessex, as you see below, to a wide variety of other competitions that are hosted independently by local chambers, such as the Trowbridge chamber’s Service Excellence Awards.

- Service Excellence Awards
The Annual Trowbridge Chamber Service Excellence Awards recognises local businesses who ‘go the extra mile’ in their customer service. Businesses can nominate themselves or their customers can put them forward. A judging process including mystery shops and ‘moment of truth’ scorecards results in a number of teams qualifying for the final, when a panel of judges choose the winners based on their presentations and Q&A’s. The culmination of this event is the presentation evening, when all the finalists gather for a great social night to await the announcement of the winners!
